Tiffany Lekuku is the founder of nuru haus, a contemporary well-being brand reimagining how ancient wisdom and restorative practices can be experienced in modern life. through immersive sound journeys, ritual and thoughtfully curated gatherings, nuru haus creates spaces where individuals and communities can pause, reconnect and restore.

Tiffany's work is rooted in the belief that many of the tools people seek for healing, balance and clarity have always existed. drawing from African knowledge systems, ancient philosophies and practices of cyclical living, she explores how these traditions can be meaningfully woven into contemporary life, not as trends, but as enduring ways of knowing.

as a facilitator and entrepreneur, Tiffany designs experiences that encourage presence, self-awareness and collective care. her work invites people to reconnect with their own internal compass while contributing to a broader conversation about how wellbeing is understood and practised today.

through nuru haus, she continues to cultivate community-centred spaces grounded in awareness, rhythm and connection.

“well-being is not something we chase, but something we return to. It lives in the rhythms of our bodies, in the cycles we’ve learned to ignore. I believe in a softer way of living, one that honours these natural ebbs and flows, and finds nourishment in the simplest, most intentional rituals.”
