what is a sound bath

A sound bath, also known as a sound journey, is a gentle listening experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. Using crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound instruments, we create soothing vibrations that help quiet the mind, release tension and guide you back into your body.

There is nothing you need to do except lie down, breathe and receive. Many people experience a sense of stillness, emotional release, clarity or simply restful calm. This experience is suitable for beginners and anyone seeking relaxation, nervous system support or a moment of deep rest.

frequently asked questions

I’ve never done a sound bath before, is that okay?
Absolutely. No experience is needed. You simply lie down, listen and receive. Many first timers are surprised by how natural and comforting the experience feels.

• I feel anxious or struggle to relax, will this still be suitable?
Yes. The sounds are designed to support the nervous system and meet you where you are. There is no pressure to feel anything specific and it’s completely okay to move, sit up or adjust at any time.

• Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Sound journeys are generally gentle and nurturing. If you are pregnant, especially in the first trimester, please check with your healthcare provider and let us know beforehand so we can support you comfortably.

• What if I fall asleep?
That’s completely welcome. Your body will receive what it needs whether you are awake or drifting in and out of rest.
